I flew from Hong Kong to Shanghai on Apr 23. Spent 2 days in Shanghai shopping, sightseeing and eating.

Then I bought night train tickets from illegal scalpers to Huangshan (Yellow Mountains). Although half a day at Huangshan was raining, it was still a very fulfilling trip. I then took the night train back to Suzhou.

Suzhou is a very historic city. Canals were built to bring water into the Suzhou city thousands of years ago. Visiting "Gardens" are also the highlights within the city. I took a boat tour along the water canal. The operator was an old man who told us story and even sang us a traditional folk song.

I then ended back in Shanghai on the night of Apr 26, just in time to see the night view at the Bund.
