Although it was raining in Vienna when I arrived, I managed to do my sightseeing without getting drenched. It
was a very modernized city, everything seems very efficient.
I was very impressed with their trams in the city, literally you can go anywhere by trams. You just need to
know the tram no. At night, I hooked with a few hostel mates to go Pub crawling. It was good.
The next day, I visited the Gasometer, a new neighbourhood that was built on the original site of 4 LP Gas Storage Tanks.
They have apartments, offices, shops, markets and a movie theater. Very Neat !
I then wandered back to the city and visited 2 museums, ..free... because it was their National Day. At night, I went to
see a musical concert. Though it was a small production, but it was very relaxing and fun. The conductor knew how
to get the audience involved.
