Chinese New Year was the reason I went back Hong Kong in Feb this year. I met my family to have the traditional reunion dinner.

This year it was 25C on the new year day. It broke the HK hottest record for Chinese New Year in 30 years. I didn't do any hiking this
trip, but managed to visit the peak both during the day and night. I also went to Tsim Sha Tsui to
watch the laser show. It is a very interesting show where colourful laser beams shooting out from different buildings on
both side of Victoria Harbour.

It wasn't a protest of demostration. It was the night market.

It was actually very difficult to check out the stuff they were selling at the booth.
This year they were selling different types of balloons. The sign said, "Get it for only $5, but you have to blow it up yourself"

Stanley Bay ... on Hong Kong Island South Coast
Between 2 modern restaurants, there is this little temple.
This is Murray's Barracks. They moved the whole thing from Central and re-built in 2000 in Stanley Bay.
It said, "Will buy used cell phones". Usually there are people sitting here waiting for business. I guessed they were on a break.
