So we are doing it ..... Yes, Mailbox and Mount Si on the same day. 7500 feet net elevation gain in one day

We started our day going up Mailbox Peak first, it was misty, wet and cold. It took us a good 3 hour to get to the top, where we briefly enjoyed some snacks. We started heading down by noon.

We then moved on to our 2nd course of the day, Mount Si. Weather was turning sunny and warm by 3pm. It took us about 2.5 hours to get to the top and we enjoyed a moment of sunshine. So altogether we did 14 miles and 7500 feet up and 7500 feet down in one way.
