It was the April time in Skagit Valley. Last year, we went to the same Tulip Festival in the last week of the run. This year,
we decided to go early. We found that it was a bit too early after we arrived. Lots of tulips still haven't opened up yet.
We went to the same Tulip Town exhibition as last year's. Weather was good, wasn't raining as least. We toured a lap in the tulip farm and
took lots of pics. That's it.
