I took a 4-day trip to Bangkok while I was visiting my parents in Hong Kong in April. Wow, it was so different being in Bangkok, an international city with a mix of modern and obsolete cultures. The week I was in Bangkok was their new year, water-splashing festival. Families of children were on the streets, on pickup trucks, on tuk-tuk's splashing water to everyone. It was very fun!

I did the classic tourist routine to visit the temples in Bangkok, took the boat tour through the canals, and of course, watched a drag queen show, and ate a lot of spicy food. Yeah!
